The Location
My office sits in a professional building near River and Campbell, shared with other therapists and practitioners. Parking is free and on site. It is an easy drive from central Tucson, the Foothills, and the northwest side.
I send the exact suite number, entrance, and parking details in your appointment confirmation before your first session, so you will know precisely where to go.

When You Arrive
The waiting area is quiet and private. There is no front desk to check in with — just come in and have a seat, and I will come get you at your appointment time. If you arrive early, you are welcome to wait.
Availability
I see clients on weekdays, with occasional evening availability. We can discuss what your schedule looks like on our consultation call and I will let you know whether I can fit it.

Online Therapy Throughout Arizona
If you live anywhere in Arizona, we can work together online. That includes Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and smaller communities throughout the state.
You will need a private space, a decent internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or laptop. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, and you will get a link before each session.
In-Person or Online
Both Work. Here's How to Think About It.
Online
No commute, no parking, no rearranging your whole afternoon around one appointment. For a lot of women, online is the difference between therapy that actually happens and therapy that keeps getting pushed to later. It also means you can keep going when you move across town, change jobs, or have a week where leaving the house is not realistic.
In-Person
With in-person therapy, you share space with another person, and that space is yours for the hour — quiet, private, and separate from the daily stress. You can say the hard things out loud and leave them there when you go. The drive home gives you time to process before you step back into everything else.
A Mix of Both
Many clients end up doing some of each. Come in when you can, switch to online when you aren't feeling well, slammed at work, or the day just got away from you. A few minutes notice is usually enough time to change the session and send you a link. Flexibility is a strength — it is how the schedule stays workable.
Accessibility
The building and suite are accessible, including parking and restrooms. If you have specific access needs, tell me before your first session and I will make sure things are set up.
